Our judging panel brings together an exceptional group of experienced national and international creatives, industry professionals, entrepreneurs and leaders from across the creative industries.

Representing a diverse range of disciplines, backgrounds and expertise, our judges bring real-world experience, industry insight and a genuine understanding of what it takes to make an impact within today’s creative landscape.

Each judge has been carefully selected to help ensure the Creative Industry Awards are judged with integrity, fairness and credibility. Together, they will review this year’s finalists and celebrate the talent, innovation, creativity and achievements shaping the industry.

With professionals from across the UK and internationally contributing to the panel, our judging process reflects the breadth and diversity of the creative community we exist to celebrate.

SONAMM SHARMA

BRAND CONSULTANT, VOICE COACH & ACTRESS

A multi-faceted professional of Indian origin with a diverse range of skills, including acting, writing, voice & communication coaching, and entrepreneurship with a background in advertising, branding, and marketing. She has collaborated with major brands like Topshop, Debenhams, UNICEF, Canon, and Nissan Datsun, among others, showcasing her versatility in a range of creative capacities.

Sonam's work in the entertainment industry is equally impressive, having appeared in popular TV shows, web series, music videos, and international movies, as well as published work in magazines and multi-format advertisements.

DERRICK ALEXANDER

SPEAKER AND BUSINESS CONSULTANT

Derrick Alexander is a serial entrepreneur, empowerment speaker and business consultant with a passion for helping people succeed within the financial markets.

Born and raised in London, Derrick took a leap of faith into entrepreneurship in 2017, turning his passion for business, personal development and empowering others into a successful career.

Since then, his journey has seen him receive multiple awards, feature across recognised media and publications including the BBC and Yahoo Finance, and speak on stages around the world. He has shared his knowledge and experiences with thousands of people, using his own entrepreneurial journey to inspire others to think bigger, take action and build sustainable wealth.

ROXANA YASIN

MENTOR, FASHION, EVENTS AND TALENT SPECIALIST

An experienced fashion and creative industry professional with an extensive background spanning talent development, fashion events and runway production.

Having worked across London Fashion Week for many years, alongside numerous fashion shows, creative platforms and industry events, Roxana has developed a strong understanding of the fashion and wider creative landscape. Her experience includes model scouting, event coordination, mentoring and hosting runway shows and events.

TANIELLE GARDNER

HOST, WRITER, PRODUCER

& ACTRESS

Professionally known as Glamz Tan, is a successful content creator, Host & Creator of the Talk Real Podcast, and former radio host with two years of broadcasting experience. She has built a strong reputation for creating engaging content and connecting with audiences across multiple platforms.

Now an emerging film director, writer, producer, and actress, Tanielle is the creator and lead star of the upcoming drama series Love, Lies & Labyrinths. With several exciting film and media projects already in development, she continues to expand her creative portfolio while establishing herself as a powerful voice in the entertainment industry.

VICTOR MIGALCHAN

FILM DIRECTOR & PRODUCER

An American film director, screenwriter, producer, EMMY Awards Judge and actor of European descent. His work is characterized by mathematical story creation, nonlinear storylines, dry humor, authenticity of cultures, powerful statements, old school values, extended scenes of dialogue, references to philosophers and alternate thinking.

Victor is known for "My American Family" TV Series, "Dragon Chef" Cooking Show, Educational Reality TV Show for kids and teens "Life Academy", Talent Show "OnAir" and also TV Programs: "The Real Deal of Hollywood", "News of the World: Travel" and Red Carpet of Hollywood"

KWAME KORANTENG

BESPOKE DESIGNER & STYLIST

A renowned multiple award winning bespoke designer and stylist for men and women based in London. After working for George bespoke Tailors as the head designer, Kwame joined KGTKKT couture in 2009, which is now called Kwame Koranteng Bespoke Tailoring as the head designer and stylist.

Kwame's style is to blend his personal flair with the typical formal wear to create individual and unique statement pieces with attention to detail and the use of bold colors.

Kwame has showcased on international platforms which include Africa fashion week Barcelona, Africa fashion week Amsterdam, The Royal fashion day London, Arizona fashion week, Moscow fashion week. London Fashion week just to mention a few. And has won numerous awards to include our very own Best Fashion Designer Award 2022.

SAFA NOMAN

MAKEUP ARTIST & FOUNDER OF SEASONS OF OUD

Makeup artist, a founder and winner of Creative Industry Awards for the Best Makeup Artist 2022; Safa is a full time achiever.

Her journey into makeup was a very happy accident. She had been looking for a makeup artist in Dubai, but couldn’t find anyone that could create the flawlessly natural look she wanted so she decided to teach herself. The process of learning about a person’s face, complexion and features then creating a look that’s uniquely for them is addictive. Before she knew it, she was training to become a professional MUA and she never looked back.

Having Arabic Roots, she was fond of fragrances and started with her own brand “Seasons of Oud”. A fragrance brand that offers variety of products. Using her own creativity in the products, Safa wants her brand to reach out to everyone.
