NOMINATION RULES

1. Eligibility: Nominations are open to individuals and organisations that have been actively involved in the creative industry and have a proven track record of excellence in their respective field.

All nominees must be UK based.

2. Award Categories: It is important to nominate in the most appropriate category based on the  creatives specific talents and achievements.


3. Entry Process: Nominations must be submitted through the official online nomination form on this website. The nomination should highlight key accomplishments, skills, and any relevant supporting materials such as links to media articles, portfolios, websites. .

4. Submission Deadline: Nominations must be submitted by 31st May 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances, so it is important to adhere to the deadline.

5. Selection Criteria: Entries will be audited by a judging panel consisting of industry experts, professionals, and distinguished individuals with expertise in the creative industry.  A selection of nominees will then go forward to public voting.  

6. Confidentiality:
 Nominees are expected to keep their confirmed nomination confidential until the official announcement is made. Sharing or publicing the nomination before the official announcement may result in disqualification.

7. Public voting: The public vote will be carried out via the Public Voting Page. Public votes received are final, we will not enter into any correspondence or discussion with any entrants nor will we accept any submissions, representations or appeals with regard to such decision.

8. Recognition and Prize: The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in October and will be presented with an award on the night.

9. Publicity and Media: By participating in the awards, all attendees, and event staff agree to allow the use of their names, photographs, and any relevant materials for promotional purposes related to the awards event.

10. Code of Conduct: All attendees, and event staff, are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, inclusivity, and a safe environment for everyone.

These nomination rules aim to ensure a fair and engaging process for recognising and celebrating the exceptional talent and creativity  within the creative industry.
